I was born in mainland China and grew up in Taiwan. After receiving my B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan, and fulfilled my military service, I migrated to stay in Orlando, Florida, since 1976.

I have worked in the banking and computer software industries for some time. However, I have always been interested in real estate investments. In 1983, I got my real estate license and started helping my friends to purchase their homes and also started investing in multi-family rental properties. Although I have a good paying job and am only doing real estate on a part-time basis, my real estate investments are my primary wealth builder.

In the mid-1990’s, after passage of the NAFTA and GATT treaties, I strongly believe that they will have great impact in real estate. Since then, I studied International Business at Webster University, and got my M.S. degree.

In summary, I love and strongly believe in real estate in Central Florida area. I have 20 plus years experience in real estate investments, including residential, multi-family rental, shopping center, motel, office/warehouse, tax defer exchange… I also familiar with US investor’s VISA program which helps foreigners to obtain US citizenship.
