1 to 4 homes = 40%
5 to 9 homes = 30%
10 to 14 homes = 20%
15 to 19 homes = 10%
20+ homes = Gem Stone Globe
Our office commission is typically earned thru the MLS offering by listing brokers: About 2.5% to 3% of selling price.
